At Music Plaza, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't hitting the right note, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Music Plaza account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
